Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
• Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance and support to ensure successful talent acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies and team management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with recruitment technology and tools, such as ATS and CRM systems
