Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective customer accounts
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to improve sales strategies and customer engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the technology or software industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of cloud-based communications and customer experience solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment and collaborate with global teams
