Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
- Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance and support to ensure successful talent acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies and team management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with recruitment technology and tools, such as ATS and CRM systems
