Responsibilities
- Build and manage the India-based Sales Operations teams in Pune, India
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with business objectives
- Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis
- Design and implement sales processes and metrics to measure sales effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate sales operational risks and issues
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales operations teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
