Customer Data Scientist at Amplitude

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Scientist (Statsig) to join our team. As a Customer Data Scientist, you will work closely with our customers to help them get the most out of our platform and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them using Amplitude’s platform
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of product changes and inform data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain statistical models to analyze customer behavior and identify trends and insights
• Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
