Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer credit and collection issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for credit and collection decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and cash flow goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in credit and collections or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
