Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance operations processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Conduct regular audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Develop and maintain compliance metrics and reporting to track performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compliance operations or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and training skills
