We are looking for a great leader with a passion for site reliability, continuous technology improvement, and reducing the operational workload of our own engineers – as well as our customers who leverage our products for their own monitoring and reliability.

Responsibilities

• AppSecurity Program:
• Establish and evolve strategies and processes for the product and engineering organization to meet security, privacy, and compliance objectives
• Guide leaders and engineers to develop and implement security best practices and standards
• Develop and manage the application security roadmap and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into the product development lifecycle
• Lead and participate in security-related projects and initiatives
• Measure and report on application security metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on application security
• 5+ years of experience in leading engineering teams, with a strong track record of delivery and growth
• Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
