Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet the requirements of our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and frontend engineering to ensure seamless integration of our backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that our codebase is of high quality, maintainable, and follows industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using a data-driven approach to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our backend systems.
- Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap, providing input on technical feasibility, effort estimation, and implementation plans.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in backend software development, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with backend frameworks, databases, and storage systems, such as Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
