Overview
Druva is seeking a skilled MSP Billing & Reporting Specialist to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing billing and reporting data for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze billing and reporting data for MSP partners
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and reporting issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain documentation of billing and reporting processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to MSP partners and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in billing and reporting, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with reporting tools
