We are seeking an experienced Manager – Controllership (NBFC) to join our team at Groww, Bengaluru. Responsibilities

• Lead the controllership function for our NBFC business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business growth
• Manage financial reporting, accounting, and auditing functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• CA/CPA or equivalent professional certification with 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
• Proven experience in controllership, financial planning, and budgeting, preferably in an NBFC or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and ownership
