Overview
We are seeking a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Imperial, based remotely in Greece. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for answering customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live online chats
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch language
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
