We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and a passion for working with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale data systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines
- Develop and implement data architectures that meet business requirements and ensure data quality, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate data engineering solutions with other systems and applications
- Work with various data technologies, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and big data processing
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance, and implement data encryption, access controls, and auditing mechanisms
- Troubleshoot data engineering issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes to ensure high availability and performance of data systems
Requirements
- Strong expertise in data engineering, with experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems
- Experience with various data technologies, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and big data processing
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
