Overview
We are a fast-growing technology firm in the Data Engineering & Cloud Analytics space, building scalable data infrastructure for enterprises, transforming raw data into actionable insights. Our team works across distributed systems, real-time pipelines, and cloud-native architectures to power analytics, dashboards, and ML workflows for global clients — all in a fully remote, outcome-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain data architectures, including data models, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Work with distributed systems, real-time pipelines, and cloud-native architectures to power analytics, dashboards, and ML workflows
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and implement data governance and compliance policies
- Participate in the development of best practices, standards, and procedures for data engineering
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building scalable data infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles
