As Marqeta’s CX Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer experience into a competitive advantage. This role puts you in the driver’s seat to revolutionize how we deliver exceptional client and cardholder experiences by orchestrating end-to-end journeys that also support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret direct and indirect customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey.
  • Use analytical strength to lay the insights foundation for action-leading initiatives, both delighting our customers and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Utilize storytelling to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and customer experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform customer experience strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience to continuously improve our customer experience offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of analyzing customer feedback and developing actionable insights that drive business impact.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive customer experience initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies.
