Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex digital systems, including microprocessors, system-on-chip (SoC), and other digital logic systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure that design requirements are met
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Conduct design reviews and ensure that designs meet requirements and are compliant with industry standards
• Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers to help them develop their skills and expertise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve design processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital logic design, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong technical skills in digital logic design, including proficiency in languages such as VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
