Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor and analyze compliance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
