Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales engineering, and customer success
- Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept presentations
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the DevSecOps market, with knowledge of GitLab’s products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform sales strategies
