Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and features
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and features
- Identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with business process improvement and systems implementation
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business systems and software
