Overview
Dropbox is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships that drive long-term customer and revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will own a portfolio spanning AI, platform/developer, hardware, AI, and SaaS ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from opportunity identification and commercial strategy through launch, ongoing growth, and partner success.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand Dropbox’s reach and deepen product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive partnership success.
- Analyzing partnership performance and providing insights to inform future partnership strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and growing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the AI, platform/developer, hardware, AI, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze partnership performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.
