Overview
Meesho is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join its Logistics Intelligence team in Bangalore. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in enabling the scale-up of Supply Chain for Meesho’s overall Marketplace platform by providing value-added finance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and profitability
- Provide financial planning and analysis support to the logistics team
- Identify areas of cost optimization and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
- CA/CPA or equivalent professional certification
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in e-commerce or logistics
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
