Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business expansion in LATAM, aligning with GitLab’s global vision and goals
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in LATAM
- Strong understanding of the DevSecOps market, including industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, able to drive revenue growth and expansion in the region
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
