Meesho is seeking an experienced AM/Manager – Risk & Decision Science to join our Financial Services team in Bangalore. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to drive business growth while minimizing risk
• Build and maintain predictive models to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement decision-making frameworks
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, decision science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience working with large datasets and predictive modeling techniques
