Overview
GitLab, the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Owner, CRO to lead the company’s AI transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI across the organization, improving operational efficiency, and reducing security and compliance risk.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can be applied to drive innovation and impact
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions to improve developer productivity and reduce security and compliance risk
- Work closely with the leadership team to drive AI adoption and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and manage AI transformation budgets and resource allocation plans
- Monitor and report on AI transformation progress, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing AI solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI transformation, DevSecOps, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving AI adoption and improving operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in DevSecOps
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
