Responsibilities
- Handle dispute intake and resolution processes, including pre-arbitration and arbitration cases.
- Conduct thorough investigations to resolve card and ACH disputes.
- Make consistent and high-quality risk-based decisions that directly impact Mercury and our customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on dispute trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
