Channel Partnerships Manager at Gusto

Overview

Gusto is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager, Investor Ecosystems (VC & PE) to join our team. As a Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with key investors in the venture capital and private equity space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to engage with key investors in the VC and PE space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders in the ecosystem
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partnership efforts with overall business goals
• Develop and manage partnership budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform partnership strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with investors and other stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the VC and PE ecosystem, including key players, trends, and opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
