Responsibilities
- Lead the development of digital solutions to accelerate R&D, manufacturing, and commercial performance
- Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in R&D and other areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital solutions
- Develop and implement software engineering strategies to enhance digital capabilities
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering and leadership
- Proven track record of delivering digital solutions in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
