Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, including ServiceNow development
- Design, develop, and test Inbound actions, client scripts, UI Policies, Business rules, UI actions, import sets, Transform Maps, and Notifications
- Work on flow designer or Workflows to automate business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in Agile methodology and contribute to the development of high-quality software
- Analyze and resolve production support issues, performing root cause analysis as needed
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Experience with Inbound actions, client scripts, UI Policies, Business rules, UI actions, import sets, Transform Maps, and Notifications
- Experience with flow designer or Workflows
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment
- Good knowledge of Integrations (SOAP or REST) and scripting experience
