Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team at TestGorilla. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for driving growth through data-driven decisions. With a focus on sustainable, cost-efficient growth, you’ll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment.
Responsibilities
- Uphold TestGorilla’s behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive environment
- Own and optimize our Google Ads investment to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems to turn spend into pipeline
- Analyze data to inform decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
- Contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand generation, sales, or marketing
- Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
- Experience with Google Ads and lifecycle marketing systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
