Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for online research projects across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring continuity of service.
• Work with the Global Coverage Team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the market research industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a remote setting and collaborate with global teams.
