Overview
Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI) is seeking a talented MB.OS Cloud Backend Developer to join the Connected Car Platform team in Bengaluru. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to building cloud-based services that power Connected Car features for Mercedes-Benz customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web frontends, cloud-based applications, and microservices.
- Contribute to different stages of the software development lifecycle with guidance from senior engineers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets the team’s coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality solutions and minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
