Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at HireTalent, a leading staffing and recruiting firm. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our People & Culture team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional people experiences. Responsibilities

• Provide generalist support to the People & Culture team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Design and implement effective HR processes and systems to support business growth
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions
• Develop and maintain reports and analytics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, including employee data and benefits administration

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a staffing or recruiting firm
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including recruitment, employment law, and benefits administration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in HR systems and software, including applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
