Overview

Gusto is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager, Investor Ecosystems (VC & PE) to grow our small business economy. We handle payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR, so owners can focus on their craft and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with VC and PE firms to drive growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investor ecosystem
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership success
  • Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide insights for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field
  • Strong network and relationships in the VC and PE ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
