Overview
Gusto is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager, Investor Ecosystems (VC & PE) to grow our small business economy. We handle payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR, so owners can focus on their craft and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with VC and PE firms to drive growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investor ecosystem
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership success
- Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts
- Analyze partnership performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field
- Strong network and relationships in the VC and PE ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
