Overview

Mixpanel is seeking an experienced Customer Success Architect to join our team in San Francisco, US. As a Customer Success Architect, you will work closely with our enterprise customers to drive business outcomes and ensure their success with our product.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them using Mixpanel’s product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure customer success
  • Develop and deliver customized training and onboarding programs for customers
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of Mixpanel’s product
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer success, and develop plans to address them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executives and product managers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes for customers
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
