Overview

PhonePe Limited is seeking an experienced AM – Lending Compliance to join their team in Bangalore. As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s lending operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for lending operations
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and update compliance policies accordingly
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or related field
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
