Overview
Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company providing cloud-native, fully stackable processing and core banking platforms for issuers. We are looking for a Director to lead our Enterprise Applications & IT Infrastructure team in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications and IT infrastructure
- Develop and execute strategic plans to modernize our technology infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, seamless digital banking experiences
- Ensure scalability, compliance, and innovation in our technology infrastructure
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise applications
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry
