Overview
Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company providing cloud-native, fully stackable processing and core banking platforms for issuers. We are looking for a talented Lead Designer to join our team in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design team to create innovative and user-friendly designs for our products
- Develop and maintain our design language system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and solutions
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards
- Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow in their careers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design expertise and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design systems
