Overview
We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking. After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK.
As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting products on the way.
Responsibilities
- Analyze credit data and make informed decisions to minimize risk and maximize business growth
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models to evaluate customer creditworthiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement credit strategies
- Monitor and report on credit performance and provide insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize credit operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
