Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor and report compliance metrics to senior management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
