Overview
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff Director, Product to join its team. As a strategic thought partner and proxy to the SVP of Product, you will play a key role in scaling the product organization and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch
- Provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful product launches
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and product success
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or computer science
