Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Credit Analytics) to join our Risk & Analytics team. As an Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to inform product feature launches and marketing campaign funding
- Analyze performance to determine where to invest resources for maximum impact
- Build tools and analytical frameworks to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Commercial teams
- Develop and maintain credit risk models to responsibly manage the risk profile of the business
- Communicate complex analytical insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
Requirements
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a focus on credit risk management
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
