Responsibilities

• Lead investigations to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience for users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective investigation processes
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, informing investigation strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and external partners
• Conduct training and awareness programs to educate teams on investigation best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats, applying this knowledge to improve investigation capabilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investigations, preferably in e-commerce or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple investigations and tasks
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging threats, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments
