The Legal, Compliance, and Public Affairs team is a group of dedicated professionals committed to helping Affirm scale, innovate, and provide outstanding products for consumers, merchants, and key partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver horizontal capabilities to support Affirm’s compliance program
- Develop and maintain analytics tools to support compliance monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compliance solutions
- Provide data-driven insights to inform compliance decisions and drive process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Develop and manage compliance metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, compliance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulatory requirements
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
