Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Excel Macro Automation Developer to join our team on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating clean, intuitive dashboards and automating repetitive tasks. This role is focused on streamlining operations by reducing manual effort in data reporting, analytics, and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation Development:

• Design and implement Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks such as daily reporting and data analytics.
• Streamline processes that currently take 25-30 minutes of manual effort per task.

• Develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards with a focus on simplicity and usability.
• Ensure dashboards present data in a clear and easily understandable manner for all team members.
• Data Management:
• Conduct complex data crunching and analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing workflows.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to identify repetitive tasks and design tailored automation solutions.
• Provide training or handover documentation to ensure the team can effectively use the automated tools.
