Overview

We are expanding rapidly as a platform for Digital Operations Management using AI/ML and Automation, and growing our adoption by Development, IT, Customer Service, Security, and other teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the digital operations management market and trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
