Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital operations management market and trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
