📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable RESTful APIs focusing on performance and security.
- Implement high-performance, cloud-native applications, integrating with AI-driven capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering) to integrate APIs with various applications, services, and data pipelines.
- Ensure solid understanding and implementation of cloud-native deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and independently own project components and tasks.
🎓 Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of proven expertise in Web and RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong development experience with Python (or equivalent language for Web/API development).
- In-depth knowledge of API protocols (JSON, REST, RPC, XML).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (AKS, GKS, Composer, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts, including function calling and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
