Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders to build beneficial AI systems
- Participate in the creation of safe and beneficial AI systems for users and society
- Work with the team to achieve Anthropic’s mission and goals
- Engage in research and development to improve AI systems
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advance AI research and development
Requirements
- Strong passion for AI safety and beneficial AI systems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a quickly growing and dynamic team environment
- Strong research and development skills
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or related field (optional but preferred)
