Overview
Anthropic is seeking talented individuals to join our Fellows Program in ML Systems & Performance. As a Fellow, you will be part of a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ML systems
- Participate in research and development of new AI technologies
- Work with large datasets to train and test AI models
- Develop and maintain software applications to support AI systems
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements
Requirements
- Experience in machine learning or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or C++
- Knowledge of ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
